The house was just as pictured, clean and comfortable. Previous contact with Colleen gave us the key pad entry so we didnt have to wait on keys. The kitchen had all the necessary cooking equipment, and cleaning implements, but we were disappointed with having a 4 cup coffee pot. If you have a group of people who dring coffee, a 10-12 cup pot is sometimes not enough, but at least everyone gets a cup of coffee on the first round. If you have only a couple of people who drink coffee, it is easier still to make coffee for a small group with a large pot, than to make lots of pots for a small group. Living room was okay, we had 5 adults and we were able to sit comfortably. TV was about a 32 inch with a built in DVD player if you wanted to bring a movie to rent. We also found a Red Box Rental at the Stripes?? store on the corner of the main intersection. Three bedrooms all very comfortable and nicely furnished, Two bathrooms with showers and plenty of towels. There were no towels for the beach, and we had brought our own. There is also no access to a washer and dryer, which would be a problem if we had stayed longer. We were there for five days and four nights. Downstairs was an area for sitting with plastic chairs and I guess a couch(it was covered with plastic tarp and we didnt remove the tarp). The temp was nice, so we took the chairs and just sat outside on the grass. There was no grill which was kinda a bummer, as we wanted to grill food and not have to eat at the restaurants, but we sacrificed and ate at the restaurants. We ate at Moby Dicks twice and the food was very good and pleasant service. We ate at an Italian place that had good food, but we felt management was trying to crowd everyone upstairs and the night we went there were lots of screaming children, literally. The staff was very helpful and friendly, but one lady came around every 5 mins wanting to know if she could take our plates, so don't set your fork down and try to have a conversation. The house is close to the beach, but I would recommend driving over esp if you have anything other than yourself to take. the beach area was very clean and plenty of sand and water. Overall we had a good weekend and had plenty of rest and relaxation.

My husband, myself, my two grown children and their spouses, and our little grandson had a great stay. It was close to the beach and eating establishments. We really enjoyed the house in Spencers Landing. It was beautiful.

Great time in Port A

I spent the week of 6/20/2011 here and it was great although we recieved some much needed rain. There were a total of 7 people (5 teenagers) and we had plenty of room. The washer and dryer worked great along with the rest of the appliances. The BBQ pit needs some work due to the holes in the bottom due to rust. The only thing I would do to improve this place is add some ceiling fans in the bedrooms. In all we had a great time there and will definitely do it again.

We went for my daughter's 16th birthday, and it was the perfect place. Ample room and very clean. I would only suggest that they provide better towels and a few more, because there weren't enough for 8 people, and I had to wash some while we were there. Overall, I liked it alot, and the location was perfect. Thanks again.

Our family plus extended family members--10 in all--had a fabulous time in Port Aransas celebrating the high school graduation of our oldest son. The 4-bedroom condo was perfect for our needs. Very clean, very comfortable, just a short walk to the beach. We would definitely rent this condo again.
