Built June 2008, 3 bedroom plus sleeping den.4th bedroom, 3-1/2 bath home located in the gated Village Walk community with fabulous pool view.

On the 11th street trolley route, 2 minutes from the local super market, Beach Access 1A and the new Arnold Palmer Golf Course

Sleeps 10. Front door is across from community swimming pool. Beautiful stained concrete and wood floors throughout. Full kitchen downstairs, 3 flat screen TVs, BBQ grill, DVD, HIGH SPEED INTERNET ACCESS. Outdoor shower. Screened-in breezeway.

Port Aransas is a small, tourist friendly fishing village located on Mustang Island, just a short ferry ride from the mainland, near Aransas Pass and Corpus Christi. Relax and make yourself at home. Fish the bays, jetties and deep gulf waters. Watch the dolphins frolic in the channel. Enjoy gentle gulf breezes on miles of beautiful beaches. The house itself is INCREDIBLE location to the pool is great. The cleaning people need to be a little more detailed oriented. Disappointed that we were not told the boardwalk to the beach was in dispute and therefore we were unable to use it. Not a good thing when you have little kids. If I were planning a trip to Port A - I would DEFINITELY rent it again. Very "Pottery Barnish". The Leasing Agency was very nice - gave me a bag of coffee beans for fresh coffee. Nice touch.
