have a lovely Villa in Heritage Oak Park which is in Pt Charlotte Fl
2 Bedroom and Den, 2 Full Baths, 2 Car Garage in beautiful, scenic area.
Florida Screen on bottom of screened in porch including pull up blinds.
5 fans throughout house.
Stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer all upgraded. Carpet upgraded.
I am looking for someome to live in my home because I am newly divorced and on disiablely I had a stroke 13 yrs ago and they sayed I would never walk God has be good to me so I am taking care a 92 yr old lady I would love to sell the place but I feel when I had a stroke God had somthing in mind for me and living here is very costly so if I can rent the Villa out it is better than letting it set empty I would like to get 1500.00 a mo and of course it is totally furnished.
