The complex is laid out over 8 3-storey blocks and all condominiums have views of either the river, gardens or pool area. All condominiums are of a generous size with 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms laid out over 1,800 sq ft, 1,950 sq ft for the corner positions.

Harbour Point's waterfront position offers both serenity and convenience. The amenities of Port Charlotte are on your doorstep with countless restaurants, bars, shops and services. Punta Gorda is a short trip across the fantastic Peace River Bridge.

Port Charlotte is situated 70 miles south of Tampa and 114 miles south of Orlando.
