Fully equipped kitchen with washer & dryer(just bring your toothbrush). Heated swimming pool on premises over looking Myakka River. Under building vehicle parking making this unit 3rd floor.

Fish from the condo's private dock or fish from the El Jobean pier next to the property. Excellent area for swimming, shopping, golfing, boating and eating out. Boat rental within 1/10th of a mile. Venture out within a few miles, to beaches, Boca Grande Island, Myakka State Park, Punta Gorda fishing pier and if you like baseball, the Tampa Bay Rays have spring training right down the road.
