Waterfront condo approximately 200' from spectacular bay with direct gulf access from community dock. See dolphins, shorebirds, sunsets from the screened lanai. This is a 2 bedroom, 2 full bath second floor (top floor) private end unit with a loft.

The master bedroom has a king bed with its own bath,TV, with door onto the lanai and water view. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds with adjacent full bath. The dining area has a table that seats up to 6 people. The living area has a sleeper sofa, 2 reclining chairs, TV, with door to the lanai and water views. The lanai has a dining table with 4 chairs and 2 chaise type chairs. The unit comes fully equipped so all you'll need is your clothes!

The amenities at Harbour Village include beautiful olympic-sized heated pool with bay view, fishing pier, tennis courts, community boat dockage, gas grills, and a clubhouse with function room, work-out room, TV, pool table and ping-pong table.

A rental discount is available for 2 months or more.

Beautiful Gulf beaches are 15 minutes away. The area is close to many golf courses, churches, large shopping mall, Tampa Bay Rays spring training facilities, restaurants, State Parks, hiking/biking trails, and other recreational facilities.

Other areas such as Sanibel Island, Fort Myers, Venice, Sarasota, St. Petersburg, and Tampa (Bush Gardens) are all within easy driving distance.
