This home is very close to all amenities and local beaches. The home was very clean and well cared for. The owner supplied us with all the info of the local shopping and attractions and this was very helpful. We really enjoyed the pool along with the beautiful weather. Would definitely go back in the future, Paul was very accomodating and helpful in everything we needed.

Great vacation

We had a great time staying in this home for the month of March, the only regret was we didn't rent it for 2 months. The home was equiped with everything one could want. Whenever we emailed Paul with a question, he replied immediately and solved our problems. We would loved to book another one of his homes but they are booked for 2014. A great home and very private. We had a wonderful time, hated to leave. Thanks Paul and Mercedes for renting you beautiful home to us. The Bains'

Thanksgiving visit

Our family spent the week of Thanksgiving at 1200 & 1214 Rumson in Florida. They are great homes that are about 20-45 minutes from several beaches. We visited Port Charolette beach, Siesta, Sanibel island, Venice beach and Englewood beach during our stay.

Awesome Home

We were so pleased with the accommodations provided by the Karolidis family. From the beginning they were very understanding of a few mishaps on our part. "Our home" for 12 days was the perfect fit for our family of 5. We came into a clean house, stocked with what we needed for supplies to help us get started. We were close to beaches, grocery stores, gas stations, and hospitals. The pool was warm, clean and used daily . It was nice not to have to pack towels, beach toys and chairs as they were available at our fingertips. We were so lucky to find this house and I would recommend it to anyone who wants a nice, quiet, private vacation home. Thank-you, The Megliore Family

home was very clean very well kept ,everything you needed just like home enjoy our stay very much ,been telling everyone about this house ,would rent again ,lots of things to do ,everything close by,was wonderful had an amazeing time,home owners were very nice,we would like to come back with friends,they would love it.you can run around all day ,go back to house an relax ,just what we needed ,very nice neighbor hood.thank you the jewells.:)

Our stay at this home was wonderful. Everything in the house was in good working order and clean. We really enjoyed the lanai and pool. We had a wonderful time. The house was spacious, clean and the owners wonderful to work with. When the children came for a visit they loved the pool. It is so quiet there, and yet very close to shopping and restaurants and convenient for trips to beach or excursions.
