This newer home has been newly tiled and furnished. If you are looking for peace and quiet, rest and relaxation, this is the spot for you. Close to Venice beach - Siesta Key and Englewood beaches 25-35 minutes away. If you want that "spa" experience, Ponce de Leon's Warm Mineral Springs are just 15 minutes away.

Fisherman's Wharf in historical Punta Gorda is 20 minutes away. What makes this property unique is that is in a quiet, secluded area of new homes - far enough away from the main drag yet close enough for convenience.

Just returned from this well equipped home. Everything that you need is there. The pool was great. The owners who I met on my return are wonderful honest people. I would recommend this home to anyone who is wanting to rent a home with a pool. It is close to shopping malls, the Gulf - beautiful beaches. Just a great place to rent. Own pool. What else could you ask for! Thanks Mercedes and Paul. You have a beautiful vacation home. Hoping to return to it! (PS - it was so nice to meet you and thanks for the prompt return of our deposit.)

We had a wonderful time. The house was spacious, clean and the owners wonderful to work with. When the children came for a visit they loved the pool. It is so quiet there, and yet very close to shopping and restaurants and convenient for trips to beach or excursions.
