This was our second year staying at the Ft Smith home and like last year this year was very enjoyable.The House is immaculate and the pool is great. Rich is the best. He is most accomodating, always very concerned that everything is in good order. We will continue to rent from Rich when we travel to Florida not only because of the house itself but because you feel he has your best interest at heart.

Glad you had such a Great time. You can come any time !

We had a great vacation using your beautiful rental home. This place really did feel like home. It is was very convenient to all forms of entertainment fishing, Beaches, and for our benefit the Port charlotte sports complex. We especially enjoyed the pool and outside screened in area. Dealing with Rich was very easy. What a nice person. He even called to see if we arrived safely. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. (And probably will.

We stayed at the house on my son's spring break 2006. He brought his friend along and we all felt right at home as the house was very clean and nicely decorated. The pool came in handy for my son and his friend and they used it often. We also enjoyed eating out by the pool. The bedrooms were comfortable and had plenty of room. A nice quiet neighborhood that is minutes away from almost anything you would like to do. We would definitely stay her again. Thanks a ton Rich.

Our second winter in Rich's beautiful country home is sadly coming to a close.We enjoy his house and it's location so much we are staying for 10 weeks next year.The house is equipped with everything one would need and well maintained.Rich is very easy to deal with and is most eager for client satisfaction Thanks Rich for another great winter

Spent 2 weeks fixing up the house in August & 6 weeks in September & November. I put 18" Florida tile in the living room - dinning room - kitchen & both bathroom. Everyone loves it. New carpet in bedrooms . All new beds with pillow tops. Painted inside & outside. Looks like a new house. The best this of all - NEW HEAT PUMP for the pool. The old solor heater just couldn't do it. I keep the pool at 86'!!!!

This is the second time I have stayed in this home. The home was entirely remodeled with new ceramic tile and furniture. What a great cozy home! we were extrememly delighted to have a heated pool. Rich was very accomodating on a short notice. This made my families Christmas an unforgettable experience. I can not forget to mention how spotless the house was upon our arrival. everything you need is all here for a vacation and this is much better than a hotel room.

This house is really a home away from home! Rich told us that all we would need was our bathing suit and he was right. The house is well maintained and so is the pool. Lots of linens and dishes. The kitchen has everthing you'll need and the pots and pans are good quality. We used the BBQ a lot! The pictures really don't do it justice. We enjoyed eating outside in the shaded part of the patio. The sliding doors from the kitchen make it so convienient. The neighbourhood is nice and quiet. We would reccommend this place to anyone wanting the luxery of a house and pool at a very affordable price. Rich is certainly a pleasure to deal with and made everything easy for us.

My wife and I stayed at "Country Living" March 30- April 6th, 2004.
If you are thinking about renting this house in the port charlotte area definately do it. We had a great time. The home has everything you'll need, so don't worry about bringing any thing. (except your own toiletries, of course.) The pool was great too. The neighborhood where the house is located was very quiet,,no problems. We definately will stay here again..next time we go to beautiful FLORIDA.
Rich, is the owner of the house...we talked to him several times on the phone before we left and he called us to make sure we were having a good time while we were there...real nice guy.
Highly recommend this home.

thanks alot rich things worked out great. yes there is a lot to do in port charlotte it has grown alot since we were there last 4 yrs.. your house was just wonderful my kids enjoyed the pool and my husband and i enjoyed everything about it.. thanks so much

We had a fantasic time here! Everything was spotless and really up to date. The pool area is beautiful! Extremely reasonable - who needs to rent a motel??? We're golfers and definetly coming back! I whole heartedly reccomend this house!

I really was pleasantly surprised with the Port Charlott home . When I say HOME, I mean , HOME. It was so comfortable and there is EVERYTHING you need. The owner is wonderful to rent from. The Pool is so clean and beautiful. The area is QUIET and Very CLEAN. Everything was so NICE and I really enjoyed my stay. Thanks to Rich!!!!!!!

I was extremely satified and pleased with our renting experience. The pictuers on the web-site doesn't do this property enough justice. This was a beautiful, clear and cheerful environment. We also loved the location. We most enjoyed the nearby Boca Grande Beach and Louigi's Italian Restuarant. We definitely plan to rent again.
