Bob's home was all we expected and more!

This was our first vacation rental and Bob really made our stay enjoyable, and affordable. Upon arrival we found everything in order as was talked about in our initial planning. The home is very spacious and inviting. The functional kitchen along with breakfast nook made mealtime quick and easy not to mention the large dining room. We spent a lot of time out back enjoying the peace and quiet and the sun! The gas grill came in handy too! The master bedroom and bath were well furnished as was the rest of the home. Wi-Fi worked perfect and if you like to watch TV there are 3 to choose from. The house is in a great location in a quiet neighborhood with very friendly neighbors yet close to shopping and easy access to the main roads. We needed to extend our stay 2 extra days and Bob was able to make that happen too! On our next trip to the area Bob would be the first phone call we'd make!!!

The home is open and airy and the floor plan lends itself to easy living and entertainment. Great neighbors and easy access to beach and stores. Everything works great...A/C is good and the W/D is handy. Being able to pick fresh citrus off backyard trees is delightful. The dock and davits were great for our boat and quick access to Charlotte Harbor for fishing and boating.
