This is a spacious vacation home, capable of sleeping up to 10 people
comfortably. There are 2 separate bed rooms, each with a queen size
bed and full bathroom. In addition, there are 2 futons, 1 sofa and 1
air mattress that are available for use in the open living room
areas. The home has an open floor plan that features all of the rear
rooms being able to open out into a screened in lanai and patio bar
area that surrounds the oversized in ground pool. Attached two car
garage keeps vehicles cool and out of hot sun.

Area Description

This house is 15 minutes from Venice Beach, 30 minutes from Siesta
Key Beach (Voted #1 beach in the United States in 2005) and 1 hour
from Tampa. Located near US41 and its shopping centers and many
restaurants. There are several golf courses within the immediate
vicinity that are open to the public. Great weather all year round!
Excellent place to relax and enjoy life! You can also catch the
Bruins vs. Tampa Bay Lightning or the Red Sox in spring training in
nearby Ft. Myers! Yankee fans take note, Legends Field in Tampa is
only 1 hour away!
