This exceptional waterfront home features 3 bedrooms and a split Florida floor plan for maximum privacy. The master suite has 2 walk-in closets, a large master bath with oversized shower and his and her sinks. It is equipped with it's own entertainment center with TV, cable and DVD. Large sliding patio doors fold into the wall for beautiful views and tropical breezes. Two guest bedrooms offer sleeping for 4, TV's, cable, DVD and an office area. The open and airy kitchen is fully equipped with the luxuries you would expect in this beautiful home; perfect for entertaining or having the family vacation.
Bring your boat and jet skis or rent them at the many marinas. We are a 7 minute boat ride down the canal to the open water. The home has a fishing deck, mooring dock, mooring posts and an electric boat lift. Catch shnook, catfish, snapper and blue crab off the dock. The home is 20 minutes to the gulf beaches and a bike ride to Port Charlotte Beach. Fishermans Village in Punta Gorda is 4 miles away or a 15 minute boat ride, where you can enjoy dining, entertainment, sightseeing and fabulous shopping.

The home is a 20 minute drive to the gulf beaches of Manasota Key, Englewood beach, and Boca Grande. 5 minutes to Charlotte Beach. Fort Myers Southwest Florida Airport or Sarasota Airport are 40 minutes away. Tampa International Airport is an hour and 1/2 drive. We are 1-1/2 hours to Busch Gardens, 2 hours to Disney, 3 hours to Miami and 3-1/2 hours to the Florida Keys. Many many golf courses within a 10 minute radius. Although I live very close to the home it was a pleasure to be able to swim in a really great big pool and use the hot tub whenever we wanted to. Once we figured out where all of the light switches and knobs and buttons were we had a great relaxing time .We had had a very stressful year and this is just what we needed.

We had a great vacation! The pool had a perfect water temperature, quiet neighboorhood, yet close enough to the stores and beaches. The kitchen drawer with maps and tourist information was helpful! This vacation for us was by far the best time we have ever had with our friends and family. Our son David just got back from a tour of duty in Afganistan and trailered his boat over (10 1/2 hour trip). This house made it all happen, we had a wonderful time and the neighbors are just the best. We are all Patriots fans and rented a 65" TV for only $66.50 for two weeks from Rent-A-Center. Some of us watched the game from the pool. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of dishes to entertain. The pictures do not do this home justice. It is absolutely fantastic. The rating only goes to five, we would give this property a ten. If you are planning a vaca in FL, do not hesitate to rent this property, you've got to see it to believe it. Thank you Terry & Kevin for a wonderful time, hopefully if all goes well next year we will be renting your beautiful home again for the Christmas holidays.
