Description of the Port Charlotte vacation home rental

This exceptional waterfront home features 3 bedrooms and a split Florida floor plan for maximum privacy. The master suite has 2 walk-in closets, a large master bath with oversized shower and his and her sinks. It is equipped with it's own entertainment center with TV, cable and DVD. Large sliding patio doors fold into the wall for beautiful views and tropical breezes. Two guest bedrooms offer sleeping for 4, TV's, cable, DVD and an office area. The open and airy kitchen is fully equipped with the luxuries you would expect in this beautiful home; perfect for entertaining or having the family vacation.
Bring your boat and jet skis or rent them at the many marinas. We are a 7 minute boat ride down the canal to the open water. The home has a fishing deck, mooring dock, mooring posts and an electric boat lift. Catch shnook, catfish, snapper and blue crab off the dock. The home is 20 minutes to the gulf beaches and a bike ride to Port Charlotte Beach. Fishermans Village in Punta Gorda is 4 miles away or a 15 minute boat ride, where you can enjoy dining, entertainment, sightseeing and fabulous shopping.

The home is a 20 minute drive to the gulf beaches of Manasota Key, Englewood beach, and Boca Grande. 5 minutes to Charlotte Beach. Fort Myers Southwest Florida Airport or Sarasota Airport are 40 minutes away. Tampa International Airport is an hour and 1/2 drive. We are 1-1/2 hours to Busch Gardens, 2 hours to Disney, 3 hours to Miami and 3-1/2 hours to the Florida Keys. Many many golf courses within a 10 minute radius. Fabulous shopping and the wonderful Art and Antique galleries of Venice and Sarasota are 15 minutes or 30 minutes away. The sugar sand beaches of Siesta Key are 30 minutes away.

Our stay at this property was excellent. The house was very comfortable, pool & hot tub were wonderful. Quiet neighborhood made for a very relaxing stay, just what we wanted - peaceful & relaxing. Thinking of booking again.

Very nice property and had a great time, the kitchen could be better equipped with bake ware and oven proof casserole dishes. Would definately like to return to this property.

This vacation for us was by far the best time we have ever had with our friends and family. Our son David just got back from a tour of duty in Afganistan and trailered his boat over (10 1/2 hour trip). This house made it all happen, we had a wonderful time and the neighbors are just the best. We are all Patriots fans and rented a 65" TV for only $66.50 for two weeks from Rent-A-Center. Some of us watched the game from the pool. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of dishes to entertain. The pictures do not do this home justice. It is absolutely fantastic. The rating only goes to five, we would give this property a ten. If you are planning a vaca in FL, do not hesitate to rent this property, you've got to see it to believe it. Thank you Terry & Kevin for a wonderful time, hopefully if all goes well next year we will be renting your beautiful home again for the Christmas holidays.
