Clean & Comfortable

This is a very comfortable home. The kitchen is well stocked. The location is close to everything. The owner is very involved and responds quickly to any problems. It would be perfect if the pool was heated.

Great Vacation

We loved staying at Regan House and will stay again. A very quite neighborhood and the people around the neighborhood where very friendly. The house was very clean and everything was there that you could want. Was really looking forward to the pool, but the weather didn't cooperate. John the owner was very nice and asnwered any questions we had before we left on vacation. He also provided a couple of phone numbers in case we were to need anything. All in all a great vacation and looking forward to going back to Regan House again. Dan & Judy

AMAZING/WONDERFUL PALACE

January 4, 2012

My husband and I had a wonderful time at this house. Very close to everything. The pictures on the website does NOT give this house justice. This house is HUGE...and WAY too much room for my husband and I, but we loved it. The pool was much bigger than anyone in the neighborhood. The neighbors are very friendly and there is so much shopping right around the corner. There is a GREAT dog park on Bayshore Drive about 3 miles from the house. The owners of this house have EVERYTHING that you will ever need. But I notice that there was not a hair dryer, so don't forget to pack yours. Very somooth transaction with the rental contract and fast response with the deposit money and mailing it back right away. We would defintely rent this house again.... Much thanks, Sandie and Bob
