• Other Fees: Cleaning Fee is $85.00 that is to be left at the house or deducted from deposit, also any long distand calls are deducted from deposit,or missing or broken idems. The rest of the money will be returned to the Guest approxemently 1 month later

 What a Great Vacation, March 3, 2008

The house was very neat and clean and nicely decorated. The pool was such a nice feature we used it almost everyday. The location is close to the beaches, stores and restaurants. We were there for two weeks from the 16th of Feb thru the 1st of March. Our friends came to visit from other parts of Fla.and thought our rental was just the perfect spot. Mel was nice enough to call and check if everything was okay when we arrived and also called before we left. We were so impressed that we've booked it for next February. It's a nice quiet home with a nice pool for a great vacation.

We spent a very relaxing month at this home. Very clean, nicely equipped kitchen was a great treat. So many rental you find have miss-matched left overs. Not This one. Every thing was new. We really enjoyed the sparkling caged pool; it was like having another huge room to live in and enjoy. Had fun playing darts out on the patio, too. Looking forward to renting this home again.
