Description of the Port Charlotte vacation home rental

This home is over 1500 sq. feet. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. In addition, a living room, full kitchen, dining room, and laundry room. There is a large yard to enjoy the beautiful weather. There is a 30 foot trolley line for a dog. The home is located on a quiet street just off the Peace River. We would like to have you enjoy our home and neighborhood as we have.

You would be within 15 minutes of shopping, boating, the beach and physician offices. Charlotte Harbor is a beautiful area for boating or fishing with access to the Peace River, the Myakka River, miles and miles of the sheltered waters of the Intercoastal, and access to the Gulf of Mexico.

There is a nice park south of town with picnic areas, fishing, miles of trails to drive, bike, or walk for nature enthusiasists. Very beautiful, serene area.

• Check Out: 10 a.m.
   
• Required Stay: Saturday to Saturday, extended stays negotiable.
   
• Deposits: A reservation deposit equal to 1/2 of total rental amount is due at the time of signing of rental agreement. The balance of the rent due plus $500.00 security deposit for 1 month stay, $250.00 for 1 week stay is due the day of occupancy. Security deposit will be refunded after the premises have been inspected and approved by owner as being in good condition.
   
• Other Fees: Electric, water, garbage, and lawn service fees are included in the rental fee. There is hook up for high speed internet and phone but renter has to pay for service.
