We have an exquisite newly remodeled 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home for rent in North Port Charlotte, Florida. As soon as you enter, the rich hardwood floors give this home a warm and welcoming appeal. The home shows like a model home - it is well appointed, immaculate and has all of the comforts of home! Gourmet kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and corian counters. A south facing heated pool offers fun and relaxation. This home backs onto a green belt for extra privacy. It is close to all of the amenities of Port Charlotte and North Port. If golf is your passion, North Port has numerous courses that will challenge the best golfer and they are a short drive away.

This 2000 square foot home is great for a couple, yet roomy enough for two couples or a large family. Leave behind cold winter weather and come to the gulf coast of Florida where the weather is guaranteed and the water is always warm and inviting!!

High speed (WIFI) internet and unlimited long distance in North America (VOIP) are included at no additional cost.

Area Information

If relaxing and taking in the Florida sunshine is your passion, long stretches of sun-drenched, white sand greet you at some of Southwest Florida's most stunning beaches these include: Venice, Englewood, Sarasota including Siesta Key, Florida's best beach and Boca Grande. Nearby, are marinas, fishing piers and charter boats that await to take you on deep sea fishing adventures.

Located in North Port/Charlotte; Venice, Englewood, Sarasota and Punta Gorda are just a short drive away. Shopping, malls, entertainment, restaurants and recreation are abundant and easily accessed. Close to numerous golf courses, yet tucked away enough to give you that quiet and peaceful retreat feeling. We are located in an area of new homes, close to I-75 and Highway 41. Charotte Harbour and Ponce De Leon Warm Mineral Springs are 15 minutes away.

This is a beautiful and comfortable home. Lots of shopping close by as well as golf. The only thing else we would like is having a beach closer than 25 miles.

This beautiful four bedroom home was so convenient to Tamiami Trail and all the great restaurants you could ever want. The house had a wonderful pool which we really enjoyed. We would recommend this home to anyone.

July 2009 will be our fourth summer staying at one of Mercedes and Paul's properties. We feel very lucky to have found such beautiful accomodations owned by honest, friendly, caring people. We always have a fantastic vacation.. regardless of the weather. We sure do love the "rainy day" shopping! The gulf beaches are incredible, especially the beautiful white sand at Boca Grande! Both of the houses are spotless, well stocked, spacious, well laid-out and conveniently located. Thinking about returning to North Port each summer gets us through our nasty winters!

A short drive to anything you would want to do. The house is a very good value. House was well stocked,clean, owner made sure everything was Ok. Nice area to take walks. Being from Toledo Oh how could we not like being located off Toledo Blvd in Florida. We had our little grand chrilden with us and I liked the safety protection around the pool. Marie and I enjoyed our stay in North Port.

Hi Mercedes, We had a fantastic vacation.. The weather was great. The beaches incredible! Most importantly, the accommodations were Super!! Thanks to you, we were able to enjoy our vacation in peace and tranquility! Your home is well appointed, immaculate, and very spacious! Hospitality at its best!! The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Faridah enjoyed having various department stores (Sears etc.) just 5 minutes from home. You were right, Wal-Mart, Publix and lots more were very close by. Restaurants.. there were countless to choose from!! As for North Port, it's a beautiful place full of people who have big friendly hearts! We left with a smile... Faridah and I are definitely coming back! Thank You!

quiet & convenient

Nice house in quiet residential area. Good room plan-split bedrooms. Kitchen has abundance of tableware and cooking equipment. Located close to shopping. Beaches further away than expected. Lovely lanui and heated pool. Gas grill, N America phone service just two of the added conveniences of this rental.

We just returned from Florida and I just wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed our stay at your home. It was very well equipped...had everything anyone could use. Found it great for baking and even had pizza pans...just like being at home. Also noticed Biscotti jars..just like at home. The area was ideal for a quiet holiday and we could drive to many areas of interest.
