My recent stay at your property with my children provided the home away from home experience that we all enjoyed. The location was perfect and we were thrilled with the house and all it's amenities. The convenient proximity to the gulf beaches was a definite plus and the wildlife (gators!) in the canal behind the house made for a great welcome and wonderful pictures. (we did not feed them.) I have already recommended this property and agency to several friends and I am sure once they see the pictures some will inquire and possibly visit themselves. The only downfall was that we had to leave but we look forward to returning next year!

The house is big, nice and clean. It is situated only 15 minutes drive from Port Charlotte Town Center, Englewood Beach (Manasota Key) or Placida (entering Gasparilla Island). A Publix is just 1 mile away. Personally I prefered the deck in the backyard with the quietness under the patio umbrella and the activities nearby like swimming, watching the sunset or taking kayak tours at Grande Tours, Placida. If you like quiet, broad beaches then go to the beaches of Gasparilla Island especially near the new light house tower. Wonderful. If you want to stay without having contact to neighbours, they will just leave you alone. I can only recommend this place. Not to forget the friendly landlords.

Thanks for a great rental experience. The house was very clean, extremely well equiped and comfortable. The location was safe and quiet, and the neighbors were friendly and helpful. I would definitly book here again.
