This 1800 sqft fully furnished single family home is located in Northwest Charlotte County Florida. This home is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage, with heated pool for year round use. There is a large open living space extending over to a full service eat-in kitchen. Pool and deck area are totally enclosed within a screened framework. The master bath has an outside door leading directly onto the pool deck.
The Master BR has a queen size bed with a walk-in closet. The front guest BR also has queen size bed while the back guest BR has two twin beds.

Close proximity to many of the areas GULF BEACHES - Siesta Key, Venice, Englewood, Charlotte Harbor and Fort Meyers (all nationally ranked). Over 40 GOLF COURSES in the surrounding area with Riverwood(a 4 star course) being a short 10 minute drive. Just half that time will get you to the Charlotte Sports Stadium and County Fair Grounds. The newly renuvenated Charlotte Stadium now hosts spring training camp for the TAMPA BAY RAYS and Charlotte's Minor league Baseball Team the CHARLOTTE STONECRABS during the summer months. The COUNTY FAIR GROUNDS just across the street from the Sports Complex routinely book events for the area such as rodeos, open air concerts, food festivals, boat shows and Carnivals. FISHING abounds in the area from pier or lake fishing to deep sea charters and tournaments out of Punta Gorda, Boca Grande and Placida - all available wihtin 5 to 20 minutes driving. Local State Preserves offer animal exhibits and hiking trails.

Upon receipt of your deposit a confirmation letter will be forwarded to you along with a map of the area with driving directions to the home.
   
• Other Fees: There is a $75 non refundable cleaning fee. Rates will be quoted upon request. There are no additional fees required as long as the home is left in good condition. All utilities are provided for - phone service is limited to local calls only. Satellite television services are provided for in the Living Room and the Master BR.

The house was wonderful and the pool was fabulous. Very well cared for and nice and warm (the pool). The location couldn't be better. Lots of space away from everything and yet close enough to all that you could want. We enjoyed our stay very much and our privacy that the location gave us. This house is very well laid out so that everyone staying in it has lots of space and privacy. We would not hesitate to rent again. Thank you for a wonderful time. This is a beautiful home. It was very clean. Jim was a pleasure to work with. The homes location makes it easy access the freeway to drive to many different cities. The pool, which unfortunately, due to weather we were unable to use is great. The lanai area is wonderful, we enjoyed sitting out there during the afternoons.

We stayed in this house and had a wonderful time. The house was clean and on a nice corner lot. We think the pictures don't do it justice. Jim was helpful and friendly. The beautiful beaches are amazing and Port Charlotte is a nice town. We can't wait to come back again!

first time in gulf region and it was quite beautiful. The beaches nearby are some of the most beautiful i have seen from the sand to the water. House was spacious and clean with a lovely pool and patio in back. Enjoyed Hiking and touring the local state/national parks. Look foward to my stay next year. Cant wait to hit the beaches again!

A tropical home away from home describes this place. Close to all Gulf Coast beaches this place is a gem for beach lovers. This vacation offered our family lots of affordable fun from trips to the aquarium,nature hikes,fishing,biking through national parks and even amusement parks. We plan on hitting the fossil dig this year. All of this plus the comforts of a clean home away from home. Don't feel like going out.... stay in watch a movie, swim in the pool, or maybe just hang poolside with a cocktail,friends, and family next to a festive pelican mural. We loved our stay, and look forward to returning this summer!
