Description of the Port Charlotte vacation home rental

3 Bedrooms, master with King bed, guest 1 with queen bed, guest 2 with double beds
Separate family room with TV and computer desk, Living room with TV
Dining area, Galley kitchen (fully equipped) with pass through to lanai. lanai is closed in with glass sliding doors. Pool is screen enclosed and over looks the lake.
Home has been completely redecorated in modern comfortable furnishings.
House sits on a small lake with a fishing dock.
Two car garage with remote opener

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home, sunsets, fishing, close to shopping plazas, lovely heated pool and fruit trees to accentuate your morning breakfast. Owners are wonderful people that care for your every need. We had the pleasure of our 5 Children and their families to celebrate our 50th. Highly recommend this home for your future vacation

We stayed at this wonderful home for 3 months.It was very comfortable for 2 couples. Close to everything in a very nice neighborhood.We would rent it every year if we could. The owners are next door and very nice.We loved the pool and Lanai.

Perfect Vacation Home!!

We rented this vacation home February and March 2009. It's a lovely home, well maintained and nicely decorated. The owners are next door and are most cordial and helpful. The house had everything we needed, i.e. fully equipped kitchen, plenty of towels, linens and useful items. An unexpected bonus was watching beautiful Florida sunsets from the lanai!! We had a wonderful vacation and hope to return to this place our next trip to Florida!
