Check In: 10 a.m.
Check Out: 3 p.m.
Required Stay: Minimum 30 days
Lodging Tax: 6% paid by tenant
Deposits: Security deposit is one month's rent due and payable at time of reservation. Non-refundable if cancelled less than 90 days in advance.
Other Fees: Utilities to be paid by tenant from actual billing Cleaning fee $175 * Prior to occupancy tenant must provide proof of liability insurance which is readily available through your normal home owners insurance policy at no charge.
