This home has everything!!! Pool home, outdoor grilling, cable TV, all linens and accessories...!! Just bring your luggage....leave the rest to us!! Spotless and new to the market....mins to gulf islands and beaches, shopping,resturants,golfing,fishing,etc.....

You pay upon arrival with us and all taxes/fees included in the pricing!!! Just came on to the market...SMOKERS OUTSIDE ON THE NEW PATIO DECK WITH OUTDOOR POOLSIDE GRILLING....GULF ACCESS SLIPS LOCALLY...boat rentals near-by about $150 1/2 day....or just fish from the local docks.....all brand new inside and out...call or email me....You will also have plenty of beach chairs,cooler, towels and their is an outdoor shower by the pool area for your use. This is truly a beautiful home in an executive neighborhood full of nature...and on a beautiful large lot landscaped with marble rocks and palm trees.

Airport pick-up,cooking,lite housekeeping daily or weekly,children or pet sitting, private driver is available for an additional fee.

You will have all the comforts of living in a beautiful grand home while on vacation.......!!! Please note that the pool has full sun all day for that perfect tan...and also I have pool loungers that sit inside the pool with your drink..with a TV outside by the pool.

Rates include all taxes and fees except the normal cleaning fee of $75 done by Merry Maids.

Needed a place to hang out, get to know the area, the house was better than a smelly hotel, it had everything we needed except more time needed for our next vacation, hated to leave, be back in June 2010.
