Great Stay

Just spent a wonderful month at Duke Ln. The house was pristine when we arrived. Tile floors shining... Kitchen well equiped with all the essentials.All appliances including washer and dryer in working order. Furnished in a comfortable manner. Lots of room in the open floor plan. Pool was finally ready for a swim as we were leaving... nice area for reading or just relaxing after a tough day at the beach. Centraly located to shops , restaurants and nearby beaches. All this and a gracious host made my stay memorable. Will plan a return visit to this house for sure.

Nice Home; Convenient Location

Modest home. Nice open layout to the home. Quiet neighborhood. Option to let a lot of natural light and fresh air in to the home. The numerous ceiling fans enabled us to open up the house and enjoy the fresh Florida air instead of relying on the AC. Really enjoyed being able to sit out in the lanai by the pool to enjoy meals without being bothered by the bugs. The only way to really enjoy the pool was to float on rafts. Water very cold even after about 1.5 months of outdoor temps in 80's. Would have been willing to pay a bit more to have a heated pool. Home is well equipped with the essentials including washer and dryer and well supplied kitchen. Location of the home is very convenient to shopping, restaurants, and the beautiful gulf beaches. Less than a 30 minute drive to Venice and Englewood beaches and 10 mins to Port Charlotte beach. Home owner is very easy to deal with. Very quick to respond to e-mail and phone correspondence. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Florida!
