Welcome to our Port Charlotte 3bdrm home on a beautiful salt water canal leading to Charlotte Harbour and the Gulf of Mexico.
Property is private with mature fruit trees and is located on a quiet subdivision street.
Relax in the Screened-In Lanai, lounge beside the pool, or go for a swim in the Heated Pool, all overlooking the canal. You may see the egrets and the occasional manatee. Or drop in your line... the fish are jumping.
Gourmet meals can be prepared in a very well-appointed kitchen. Gas barbeque on lanai adds to the ease of food preparation Dining area seats 8 or relax around the island for a more casual meal.
Master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, has it's own private bathroom, television and walkout to the lanai.
1 bdrm is furnished with a queen size and the other bedroom has a bunk bed with a dbl on the bottom and a single on top.
House has flat screen satellite television in main living room, high speed internet access and local telephone.

Port Charlotte has a new beach complex of our own 5 minutes from the house. Exceptional restaurants, shopping and 16 screen movie theatre are just around the corner.
Activities are endless from golf, biking and kayaking to shelling, snorkeling and beach combing.
Fishing anyone!!! Drop your line in the canal, bring your boat or rent one from Fisherman"s Village.
For the Beach lover...our house is a 30 minute drive to the white sand beaches of Boca Grande, Englewood and Manasota. Mineral Springs are only a 10 minute drive.
