This Cozy 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Salt Water Canal Ranch Home is newly remodeled in a quiet neighborhood.15 minutes via waterway to Charlotte Harbor, voted one of the 10 best boating/fishing areas in the country. Living room, dining and large kitchen . Master bedroom has King size bed, walk-in closet and private en suite bathroom. Guest Bedroom also has King size bed and plenty of storage space with full closets,dressers and bathroom. Caged Heated Salt Water Private Pool has large area with Dining set and Gas Grill. Washer and Dryer in double car garage.
The back yard is private with fruit trees on property.
Relax on the dock, fish or enjoy the wildlife.

Port Charlotte is located close to Fort Myers,Sarasota and Tampa. 2 1/2 hrs to Orlando and 90 minutes to Busch Gardens.

wonderful experience

February 5, 2012

We had a great time. The heated saltwater pool was the greatest! The owners are very accomodating and thought of every detail, from beach chairs and towels to top notch appliances and cookware. Quiet area, with many things to do nearby. We appreciated that the 2 bedrooms each had a king size bed and their own private bathrooms when we had visitors. We had a wonderful time and thouroughly enjoyed the house.

A Holiday Review

We had a great Holiday vacation at this home in Port Charlotte! The street was very quiet yet very friendly and in the Christmas spirit. Our home was nice. The pool was quite large and heated enough to use every day of our stay. We sat in the lanai at night listening to the fish jump in the canal. I caught a few too. The days found us boating and beaching. New Years Eve we had a great view of fireworks at midnight. All in all we had a memorable trip and I guarantee we'll be back.

Just what we were looking for

This was our first time renting a house on the internet and to be honest we were a little bit skeptical. However it turned out to be just what we were looking for. The house was very clean with everything that we needed. The weather was just starting to get warm so in the morning and evening we were able to open the house and a nice warm breeze made us feel like we were outside. The pool was a lot larger than we expected and a welcome relief after a day at the beach. We especially enjoyed sunsets sitting on the dock with a glass of wine watching the fish jump. The area is very peaceful with lots of wildlife around however only a 5 min ride to the mall. One morning we woke up to a large sandhill crane standing in the front yard. We plan to be back next year, thanks for a great vacation Susan

Sitting by the saltwater pool in the evening watching the fish jump in the canal allows the troubles in the world to pass by.
