Description of the Port Charlotte vacation home rental

Our home is fully furnished with all home ammenities.This is a 3 bedroom home and sleeps 8. Master bedroom has a queen bed with tv and a master bathroom, second bedroom has a queen bed with full dresser and living room couch pulls out to make another bed.Third bedroom has a twin size daybed that also pulls out to another twin size bed. This home is equipped with high speed internet access and phone.

Kitchen is stocked with all cooking utensils,cups,plates, pots and pans.
Lanai has a table and six chairs for dinning out side by the pool,and back yard is fenced in for privacy.

Area Information

Our neighborhood is very quiet and suitable for families or for a couples romantic getaway.Close to all of your shopping needs area beaches and gulf clubs.
Close by airports are Fort Myers and Tampa.Also vist Bush Gardens or Disney World in Orlando.Try your luck at deep sea fishing in the Gulf of Mexico.This is your home away from home!

Deposits: Four hundred dollars to be paid to hold your dates for vacation.It will be returned in 30 days after receiving any phone bills and checking for any damages. If you cancel your time of vacation you have two weeks before your time to inform us other wise you loose your deposit.
Payment Options: Cashier's Check, Money Order, Personal Check
Other Fees: Cleaning Fee $ 85.00 dollars. To be left at the home or to be deducted from the deposit. Cleaning of gas grill is renters responsibility if used or a $20.00 cleaning fee will be charged. Extra person or persons not stated on contract will be charged $10.00 a person per nite. .

Wonderful Place to Stay

Our rental was very thing I was expecting: quite neighborhood, very well maintained home; clean, fresh and very comfortable and spacious living quarters. I showed up with my 3 grandchildren and had a great time. Home was fully furnished with everything even down to the hair dryer. We had a wonderful stay at Melvin & Helma property and they answered every question promptly. No one would ever be disappointed in this rental home.

Lovely stay

We had a lovely stay in Mel and Helma's home and would certainly return in the future. Their home is in a quiet neighbourhhood close to beaches, shopping and activities. The home was clean and comfortable. We were welcomed with a note and phone call to ensure everything was fine. They took great care even fanning towels and folding toilet paper. We loved the quiet serenity of the pool and lanai.

They thought of everything!!

Wasn't't sure what we were going to find when we got there...it was perfect. All the little extras were provided, including a pointsettia to wish us a merry Christmas. Extra towels, chairs, pool was cleaned weekly while we were there...all the comforts of home..

Beautiful home in Port Charlotte

We loved this house! The furnishings were lovely and the neighborhood was quiet. The fenced-in yard gave us privacy and was nice for our jack russell, Sadie. My mother loved sitting on the lanai. My husband and I enjoyed the pool and got to see a few baseball games. Melvin & Helma were perfect hosts. We would definitely rent this house again!
