Looking to get away to Florida for golf, deep sea fishing, swimming in the warm waters of the gulf or just relaxing by the pool? The Port Charlotte area of Florida is a vacation destination for the whole family.

We have a three bedroom, two bathroom pool home located in North Port Charlotte. Our home, located on a cul de sac is quiet, safe, peaceful and very well maintained. The home is tastefully furnished with all amenities – a home away from home! High speed internet service and long distance to anywhere in N.A are offered at no cost to the tenant. Restaurants, grocery stores, Wal-Mart, Target and Port Charlotte Mall are just minutes away.

Area Information

The North Port area of Florida is close to many of the Gulf Coast’s finest beaches: Englewood, Venice, Boca Grande and Siesta Key in Sarasota. If golf is your passion, then come play some of Southwest Florida’s highest rated courses. If you are looking to get away from the theme parks, crowds, noise and exorbitant prices of resort areas, then Port Charlotte is a cost-effective and fun-filled destination that your entire family will enjoy!

Relax by the pool or beach, rent a boat and fish in Charlotte Harbour or just take in the splendour of this unspoiled area of Florida, this is the home for you.

Located in North Port/Charlotte with Venice, Englewood, Sarasota and Punta Gorda, just a short drive away. Close to numerous golf courses, amenities of Port Charlotte, yet tucked away enough to give you that quiet and peaceful retreat feeling. We are located on a cul-de-sac in an area of new homes. Conveniently close to 1-75 and Highway 41. Charotte Harbour and Ponce De Leon Warm Mineral Springs are 15 minutes away.

Life is good

We had a great time, very private. Pool area and lanai was very nice, backdrop of tall pines, and palms and nature. Great location, owners very nice and helpful about the area. Would rent again anytime I can get away.

Great winter holiday

We enjoyed a wonderful 3-month stay at this beautiful house this winter. It's in a very quiet residential location but close to a great variety of shopping and eateries. The house is bright and clean with all the amenities you can think of . The split bedroom plan was perfect to accommodate our visiting family and we all enjoyed the heated pool. Best of all, we felt right at home because of the owners' welcoming attitude. Also, any issues were dealt with immediately. Thank you - we look forward to spending another winter in your lovely home.
