Home is in a quiet location far from traffic noise. There is a 10,000 lb boat-lift on the property that is available for an additional fee if you have a boat.

Other Fees: A pet deposit of $200 is required at the time of the booking. This deposit is returned within 30 days after the end of the booking as long as there is no pet damage.

GREAT PLACE TO STAY

February 6, 2013

My husband and myself stayed at this property, it was great! We even extended our stay for 4 days, the weather was great 70's and 80's and it only rained 1 night. We would definitely go back. All the comforts of home. I have a bad back and have to worry about beds but the master suite bed was great no problems at all.

Very nice home

Beautiful and spacious. Close to shopping and water. Clean and comfortable. And pet friendly too. I definately would like to rent again. Really the only complaint I have is the livingroom furniture was very uncomfortable to sit on, but since we were too busy to sit very long, it didn't much matter. The rest of the home is very nice, spacious rooms. Quiet respectable neighborhood.

We appreciate your feedback. Sorry that the couches weren't comfortable for you. They are beautiful, but admittedly they not the "comfy couch" type. We are in the process of adding better cushioning to make them more inviting and comfortable. Hopefully, during your next visit you'll enjoy them more.

Comfortable!

Very pleased from first contact with the owner until checkout. This house is super nice and super comfortable! Very well supplied also. The kitchen and master bath were beautiful. The master bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Very short boat ride out to charlotte harbor. Very nice pool and lots of comfortable pool furniture. The owner was very easy to reach by phone and kept us well informed. He also left us maps we could use to assist with boating and fishing. Would definatly go back!
