Description of the Port Charlotte vacation home rental

3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, open concept home with heated pool. Perfect for families, couples or golf buddies. Master bedroom has a king sized bed with cable television and huge master ensuite with an extra deep tub and walk-in shower. Second bedroom has a queen bed and sliding doors that open to the lanai and pool area. The last bedroom has two twin beds. Fully equipped eat in kitchen with all the amenities, as well as both a propane and charcoal bbq in the backyard. Living room has cable television and a DVD player with sliding glass doors that open to the lanai area. Pool area is completely screened in with plenty of room to relax or cool off with a swim. The lanai area has an outdoor sink with a dining area perfect to have breakfast or a relaxing dinner outside.

Area Information

Close proximity to many beautiful beaches including Englewood Beach and Boca Grande. Charlotte Harbour is just a five minute drive away with a playground, sandy beach, boat launch and a boardwalk and pier perfect for watching sunsets. Lots of great golf courses within a short drive, including Riverwood Golf Club which has been rated 4 1/2 stars by Golf Digest. Deep sea fishing, sunset cruises and fantastic shops in Port Charlotte and neighbouring Punta Gorda. Watch the Tampa Bay Rays spring training at nearby Charlotte Sports Park or drive to Estero for fabulous outlet shopping. Port Charlotte is 45 minutes from Southwest Florida International Airport in Fort Myers and 1 1/2 hours from Tampa.

Vacation home

This home is very well situated in a quiet residential area but very easy to get to the local beaches, shopping etc. The home is great for a family or two couples with lots of elbow room. We spent a lot of time enjoying the pool and the lanai. The home was very clean when we arrived and the maintenance people continued their duties while we were staying there. We would have no problem recommending this accommodation to anyone.

A winter Get Away

What a wonderful month we had! A super-sized master bedroom looking out to the pool. We enjoyed sitting out to have meals or just a drink by the pool. The two other bedrooms were perfect for company and with there own bathroom!! The neighborhood was quiet and perfect to relax in. The kitchen was up to date and had everything one would need . Ideal location for traveling in southwest Florida. Alot of beaches in the area to choose from along with a variety of all food tastes. We really enjoyed our stay and didn't want to leave!!!
