New water-view villa in Florida - Riverwood resort

This is a new water-view home, just built and purchased in January 2011. Only minutes from the luxurious Manasota beaches on the Gulf of Mexico, the villa resides in a manicured, upscale and safe gated resort of Riverwood featuring a huge heated pool, hot tub, fitness center, golf, tennis courts etc. The villa has a perfect air-conditioning system and is fully furnished with brand new furniture, appliances, linens, and all the necessities of a home one can think of. It has three bedrooms with quality mattresses and bedding, two baths, big beautiful kitchen with a dining area, living room with a huge flat screen 47" TV, DVD and music center, and a den/office with high speed internet and WiFi. The master bedroom with a lake view has a walk-in closet and a king-size bed, as well as a flat screen TV and DVD player; the guest bedroom with a lake view has a queen-size bed; the third bedroom has two twin-size beds. The comfortable living room has sliding glass doors leading to the lanai overlooking the lake and preserve’s abundant wildlife. The spacious 2 car garage is beyond the laundry room. The landscaped lawn is fully cared for by the Resort Management. We had been researching the Port Charlotte/Englewood/Cape Coral for over a year, and eventually arrived to a conclusion that Riverwood Golf and Country Club community is a desirable gated community and a perfect getaway. Golfers will love the 4 1/2 Star Golf Digest Rated Course. Fishing is superb. You can fish the river, the flats, or the Gulf. Even a beginner cannot fail to catch a bunch of mangrove snappers or sea trout. A more experienced fisherman will keep his refrigerator stocked with grouper, snook, redfish, flounder, etc. Tarpon is a 100 plus pound, catch-and-release prize quite readily available in the flats. Other resort amenities include Har-tru Tennis Courts, Community Heated Swimming Pool with Spa, Fitness Room, Children's Play Ground, Fishing Lakes, and an Activity Center. There is a spacious parking lot for RVs or boats. Manasota Key and Siesta Key Beaches are minutes away. Orlando and Disney World are about 2 hours away. An Indian Casino is 40 minutes away.
