Large living room with high ceilings and gas fireplace. Open floor plan with fully equiped kitchen and dining room, great for entertainment. Large 10 x 30 deck off the dining room, and master suite for outside enjoyment. Front porch seating for those quiet evenings. Plenty of parking for cars and boats.
Area Description
At Erie Islands and shores. Just 1/2 mile to ferry to the Islands (esp.Put in bay, and Kelly's Islands) 20 min. to Cedar point, water parks, recreation and animal parks. 1/4 mile to Catawba state park for FREE boat lauching, beach and recreation. 5 minutes to restaurants, shopping and skate park. 10 minutes to the Marblehead lighthouse and historic Lakeside. Winery's scattered throughout the area for dining and tasting.
