2 Bedroom Cottage on 2 Acre lot on Island. Five minutes from Port Clyde. Comes with transport boat, 2 Kayaks, 2 beaches, great sunsets, horseshoe pit,swing set play area, badminton court. Great place for kids with good hiking or just watch the boats sail by. Excellent views, prime summer location with no cars. Must be able to operate small boat and use common since. Has electricity, gas stove, big fridge, shower, and all ammentities. Small nice place. Limit of 4 Adults and or few children.

St. George area at end of penisula. Port Clyde Harbor is a small fishing town where ferry goes to Monhegan. Two good resturants in town and 20 minutes to Rockland area.
