We furnish the high speed and cable Lawn work is funished and all the utilities. No pets allowed and prefer outside smoking. This is on a monthly basis and minimum of 5 months. From Nov 1, 2013 to May 1 2014 is a minimum of 5 months. At the present it is booked up for winter, however summer rent from May to Nov. is available at a cheaper rate.
