Seaescape is a 2 BR/2 BA 1st tier pet friendly townhome in exclusive Barrier Dunes., Recently remodeled, Seaescape has everything that you'll need to make your vacation great! The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, griddles, baking dishes, microwave dishes, spice rack, blender, griddle, crock pot, stock pot, dishes, wine glasses, plastic bowls and plates for the kids, bagel toaster and coffee maker w/timer. We also provide pet bowls for our 4 legged friends.

We also provide linens, blow dryers, towels, pet towels, pet bowls

The living room has comfortable seating, tile floor, window seat, sleeper sofa and a 55" flat screen tv w/blueray dvd player. The deck from the living room has a new gas grill, patio table with seating for 4 and is just steps away from the sugar white sandy beaches of Cape San Blas. The deck overlooks one of the three stocked fishing ponds in Barrier Dunes.

The 2nd bedroom on the first level has bunk beds, queen bed and a mounted 32" flat screen tv. There are also games for the kids and the deck from this room has a gulf view. All linens are provided too!

The bathroom on the first level, has a long vanity with drawers, tiled shower, washer and dryer and tile flooring.

The master bedroom is on the 2nd level and has a beautiful gulfview from the bedroom and the open deck. There are also chairs to sit and enjoy the spectacular sunsets. The master bedroom has a king bed, ceiling fan nightstands w/lamps, chair w/ottoman and a bench at the foot of the bed. Also, is a 42" flat screen tv mounted.

The master bath has double vanities, seperate shower and garden tub. Very spacious and comfortable room!

This townhome overlooks the clubhouse at Barrier Dunes and has a wonderful view of the gulf front pool as well as the ocean! Less than 50 steps to the sugar white sandy beaches, Seaescape is the perfect location to enjoy everything that Barrier Dunes has to offer!

Barrier Dunes is a gated community located on the north end of Cape San Blas, next to St. Joseph State Park. St. Joseph State Park is a 2000 acre park that is located between St. Joseph's Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. There is a boat landing at St. Joseph's State Park and is less than 10 minutes from Barrier Dunes.

Cape San Blas is a peninsula located 18 miles south of Port Saint Joe, Florida which is part of the Forgotten Coast. The Cape as its commonly referred to is known for its nature based tourism, pet friendly beaches, beautiful blue green waters and great fishing. There is a paved bike path from the entrance of the State Park to the south end of Cape San Blas, that streatches for 18 miles. The bike path is only 500 feet from the entrance of Barrier Dunes!

The Cape is known for biking, birding, snorkeling, shelling, scalloping, kayaking, hiking, fishing, boating and just relaxing on the beach! The beaches at the Cape are uncrowded and a great way to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city! Rated #1 beach in 2001, Cape San Blas is truly a unique area and is what Florida use to be like! Also, the sunsets are truly spectacular!
