The minute you walk through the double front doors of this fully furnished, three bedroom, two bath, smoke-fee home in WARM, SUNNY Florida you will know that this is going to be
a MARVELOUS VACATION.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you will need, if you REALLY want to cook, (well, you are on vacation aren't you?) Please note the gleaming, granite countertops and up-to-date appliances.

Now let's check the bedrooms, there are 3. Each has newer carpeting, walk-in closets and cable TV's. Each bedroom has 2 complete changes of bed linen.

There are 2 full bathrooms.

The "FISH" bathroom,is called a cabana bath, because the door at the end opens out to the patio, lanai covered pool area. (This is convenient for when showering before and after you go in the pool). So you don't have to worry about dripping water thru the rest of the house. Both bathrooms have plenty of soap and LARGE towels both bath & pool for your drying pleasure. I also furnish two large terry cloth robes per bathroom for you to use.

There is a laundry area with full sized washer and dryer.
The door leads to the full sized two car garage with garage door opener.

*The pool is only heated from November thru March. Mother Nature takes care of the other months.

Port St. Lucie is one of the fastest growing communities in Florida. It is still able to maintain that small town feeling. Anything you want or need can be found within a 30 minute drive or less.

Port St. Lucie, is a great golf, beach and entertainment community. The house is located approximately 9 miles from the beach 2 hours from Walt Disney World,Epcot, MGM Studios, and Downtown Disney, 20 minutes from the playhouse in Stuart and if you are a baseball fan, NY Mets and other Professional Baseball teams training camps are within driving distances.
