Fully Furnished 3 Bedrooms (1 converted to office w/ computer, printer, copier, scanner and has a pull out sofa), 2 Bath (1) in Master Bdrm w/ his & her vanity, Living Room, Dining Area, Breakfast Nook, and Florida Room. Central Air/Heating & Florida Room has vinyl windows with A/C. Golf Cart included with rental.
This is an active adult community with many amenities: Golf, pools, 3 Club Houses, Gym, Tennis Courts, Basketball, Bocce, Shuffleboard, Horseshoes, Theater, Bingo, Dances, etc. along with many clubs to join. Please see rentsavannaclubhome for list of all amenities.
Rates vary during peak season and special consideration is given for yearly rentals. Savanna Club has a minimum 3 month rental policy.
