Description of the Port St Lucie vacation home rental

Welcome to our Hideaway! Your new home is here! Our home has it all. Absolutely perfect location, Jenson Beach is 10 minutes away. We are across the street from a nature preserve and two minutes to a boat launch! Private, beautifully landscaped yard with inground pool.Large screened in Florida room. Two large bedrooms, second bedroom has two double beds, dining room and kitchen have direct access to the Florida room and pool area. For your added restfull night sleep, the master suite has a king bed is a "Wonderbed or Craftmatic" bed, fully adjustable on each side, raise your head or legs, a very nice comforable bed! Complete kitchen you can bake up a storm with all of the bake and serving ware. Fully furnished just bring your personal items! Wireless internet, cable, land line with unlimited long distance within the United States and Canada. Too many other features to mention. One month rental minimum. Rental rates, per month $1700.00 April, May, June,July, August, September and October. $1900.00 per month November, December, January, February,March plus 11% State and County taxes, Pets with responsible owners are welcome. Smokers allowed but please smoke outside!

Area Information

Our home is located in Port St. Lucie Florida, just minutes from Martin County- Stuart. Boating and fishing so close and for those beach bunnies a short 10 minute drive will find you at Jenson Beach. We are about 1 1/2 hours from the Orlanda area (Disney) About 45 minutes to West Palm Beach. Our home is about 2 minutes away from a great shopping area with a Publix, Walgreens, and Bells Outlet. We are across the street from a beautiful nature pressure, and Veterans Memorial Parkway (lots of parks, nature walking areas etc) Perfect location, quite neighbourhood. Lovely Port St. Lucie is a true vacation destination, with lots to do and lots to see. Stuart is a short drive away as well as Jenson Beach and also Fort Pierce, which has a great Outlet Mall area. Bring your metal detector you are on the Treasure Coast! Great treasure museum not far away! If you love to golf, this is the place to be for sure, and baseball Port St. Lucie is home to one of the major league's winter training, the Grapefruit League.

Other Fees: Weekly cleaning is available please ask for the rates. Staple kitchen stocking available,for an extra $100.00 we will stock up the fridge and cupboards with some basic start-up food, juices, milk, eggs, bread, cheese, fruit etc. Just let us know what you would like. Cable,local and long distance phone service in the US and Canada included. Pool and landscape service included. Please funds are to be in US dollars.
