Description of the Port St Lucie vacation home rental
This split plan house has a Master bedroom with 2 walk-in
closests and en-suite bathroom with roman tub, separate toilet and large separate walk-in shower.
The far side of our home has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed, and the other two twins and a second bathroom, which has double sinks and a separate toilet/bathroom.
Between the bedrooms is the family room (premium chanel cable TV and DVR) and living room with an large open kitchen with breakfast bar overlooking them both. The kitchen is fully fitted (all crockery, cutlery, utensils dishes and kitchenware supplied), with all new stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, sink waste disposal unit, microwave, glass top range and oven, including a large double door fridge/freezer with ice maker.
The formal dining area can be accessed via the kitchen or living room.
There is WIRELESS INTERNET and all local and long distance calls through out the US, Canada and Puerto Rico arefree. Very open plan with high vaulted ceilings, large sliding glass doors opening out to large covered patio.
Just from the kitchen there is a separate laundry room with washer and dryer which also opens to a double car garage with an electric door for privacy and security. The gardens are maintained bi-weekly.

This newly built house is located north of Stuart/Jupiter and just south of Vero Beach. It is conveniently located for travel up or down the eastern coast of Florida.
Travelling on either I-95 or the Florida Turnpike allows accessibility to the many attractions of the Eastern
coast of Florida.
Set on 1/4 of an acre lot, the villa is situated in a quiet newly developed neighborhood. Excellent property to rent.

Excellent house. Neat, clean, roomy and located in a safe area, with easy access to I95 and has shopping plazas relatively close by. The owner is fabulous and goes out of her way to ensure all is to your satisfaction. Would recommend this house to all, and I will gladly rent it again next year,if it is available in our time frame.

The Home was Spotless on arrival. It was very spacious& comfortable. The area was nice & quiet. Got to met the owner Elisa, She was a super nice & sincere person. Would highly recomend this home for a vacation getaway.

The house was sufficient but not overly stocked with dishes & pots & pans to cook with. Also thought the furniture could have been a little more comfortable.We were disgusted with the condition of the carpets as they were filthy and had not been cleaned for some time..leaving us to wonder what little creatures could be in them. some of the spots had been there for a very long time. The owner was contacted by email and told shortly after our arrival; she said she didn't have time to do it between rentals.There was a severe problem with small ants in the kitchen cupboards. I am told houses in Florida have to be fumigated very often. the location was not close to shopping .I would not choose Port St Lucie again.
Owner's reply:
The carpets - steam cleaning carpets does require at least 2 full days to dry completely. I had tried to spot clean stains with green machine carpet cleaner but unfortunatly it didn't get much up and seemed to attract more dirt instead, making them seem like old stains. When guests come and allow small childern free reign with jucie boxes and candy we have the burdon of trying to right their wrongs and since houses are pre-booked sometimes we don't have time ample time between guests to steam clean. It is shedualed to be done on the 16th of April. As to the I'm sorry there was a problem with small ants but I was only told of this just two days before this guests departure. I do have pest control come bi-monthly unless there is a problem and a business card and contact number is on fridge in case there is an issue - unfortunately along with the warm climate of Florida ants can be a problem. The pest control man came and serviced the house and and there hasn't been a problem since. Last guests who just left spent a month at our house and didn't have any problem with ants.
