A lovely 2,983 square feet, fully air conditioned 3 bedroom 2
bath villa is located in what is called the Treasure Coast. This
split plan villa comprises of a Master bedroom with 2 walk-in
wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with roman tub, separate toilet and
large separate walk-in shower, The far side of the villa has 2
bedrooms( one with a queen bed, and the other two twins) and the
second bathroom, which has double sinks and a separate toilet/bath
room. Between the bedrooms is the family room(cable TV and DVR) and
living room with an large open kitchen with breakfast bar
overlooking them both. The kitchen is fully fitted (all crockery,
cutlery, utensils dishes and kitchenware supplied), with all brand
new appliances, dishwasher, sink waste disposal unit, microwave,
glass top range and oven, including a large double door
fridge/freezer with ice making compartment. The formal dining area
can be accessed via the kitchen or living room, fully fitted kitchen
