Over 2000 sqft of air conditioned living space, this 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is immaculate. Glassed sunroom and den overlook private kidney shaped pool in fenced backyard. Sits on 1/4 acre lot in centrally located Port St Lucie. Neighborhood is in a safe, quiet, private residential setting. Home is newly tiled throughout, totally renovated in 2010, immaculate inside, has all appliances - including washer and dryer, microwave, fridge, stove, dishwasher. Secure one and a half car garage, electric opener, plenty of storage space. Locked, fenced back yard, in-ground kidney shaped pool.

Everything included including hi-speed wireless or RJ45 internet, cable TV, utilities, lawn and pool maintenance, water, sewer, and garbage pickup twice a week.

The house was in great condition and everything we needed was there. The pool was heated and GREAT We enjoyed cooking on the grill poolside. Lots of nice resturants in the area as well. Grocery stores was close, and other shopping.

There are so many good things to say about this house: Comfortable beds, immaculately clean, newly rennovated, attractive furnishings, lovely pool and good appliances! With three families sharing the space, we had enough room to spread out and had quiet sleeping arrangemets, even when several others were awake and having a good time. We really enjoyed spending time at a couple wonderful state parks that were nearby. Also, loved the airboat ride in the marsh...information about this is at the house. Go and enjoy; we certainly did!

Clean accomodations, well appointed home with pool. Kitchen well stocked with necessary appliances/cooking utensils. WiFi access/washer & dryer. A great home to use for a long term stay or just a week in the sun. Home located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Not close to the beach but easily accessable with a short drive. Highly recommend this property.
