Seawright House is a beautifully restored, 2000 sq' extended stay/vacation rental. 7 night minimum stay with monthly rates available. The Guest Suite features a full kitchen with balcony, huge living room with fireplace, HDTV,surround sound stereo, and wall of windows with views of Mt St Helens, Sand Island, Columbia River and marina , dining room with seting for 6, 4 bedrooms, Slipper soaking tub, access to deck, and water feature.
Seawright House is just 32 miles from Downtown Portland, OR and 64 miles from the OR/WA coast and centrally located for day travel to Astoria, Mt. Hood, Mt. St. Helens, OR/WA Wineries and the spectacular Columbia River Gorge. Seawright House is located in the Nationally Registered Historic 'old town' Riverfront District of St. Helens, Oregon.
Local Activities: fishing, golfing, dining, shopping, entertainment, flying, kayaking, swimming, gym, hiking, spa, reading, relaxing. Great for day trips too
Area Information
On Thursday evenings in the summer there is live musical entertainment in the waterfront park and an outdoor market. There are public docks, boating, marinas and more. For more adventure there is local golfing, fairgrounds, car racing, guided fishing, biking adventures and kayaking on the Columbia River.

13 Nights on the River Concert Series – Thursday nights, June through September, the Columbia View Amphitheater on St. Helen's Historic Riverfront becomes a place for families & friends to gather to enjoy live music. An Open Air Market offers food and craft vendors as well.
Columbia Theater always has first run movies in the most comfortable setting outside your own living room. There's rocking-chair seating and plenty of legroom. Every Wednesday and Thursday is Pub Night for adults only (21 & over). Serving beer, wine, pizza and more.
Eisenschmidt Pool provides swimming opportunities for all ages and experience levels in the comfort of an "open", though enclosed structure.

If you are like me, I research hundreds of properties before I find the one I end up booking. If you are still searching----Stop Right Now And Book The Seawright.....We Loved It Here!!!!!!! As a B&B owner from Texas, we can be pretty pickey with our lodging accommodations. However, the Seawright met and exceeded them all. The linens were fabulous!!!!! The total suite was huge. The view from the back deck is Grand and the short drive to Portland is very scenic---so stop looking around and book this one right now before someone else gets it. Seawright House was everything I could have hoped for and more. Relaxing on the private, heated back deck with cool breezes coming off the river and soft music playing in the background was soothing to my soul. I was also luxuriously pampered with a European facial and Signature Massage followed by a soak in the Jacuzzi tub by candlelight. Fabulous!

Owning a business, especially in these tough economic times is difficult at best. All I needed was a place to 'get away' and have some 'me' time. I found this and so much more at the beautiful Seawright House. I relaxed over a four day weekend, the first vacation in over four years, in complete luxury! I was the only guest and was treated like royalty from the moment I entered the serene setting. I chose not to have any concrete plans and on the advice of the locals and the wonderful local chefs enjoyed visits to the nearby countrysides, an Amish furniture store, farmer's market and even took pictures of the house featured in the 'Twilight' movie! Melinda, the innkeeper was so gracious and keeps a meticulous environment. The thoughtful setting in the bathroom with all of her Holistic Skincare line and Clarisonic Brush for the clients use was something I've never experienced in a hotel accommodation.
