I have rented and lived in many other areas of Portland (A GREAT CITY). This location is by far the best. It is close-in to downtown, walking distance to everything from the Pearl District to shopping, first Thursday etc.

AND, it is quiet and peaceful - no traffic, beautiful views. The owner is accommodating, follows through impeccably on everything. This condo is exactly as advertised.
