About the House. Clara Vista Kingston House is a newly constructed 2 story home close to the Kingston-Edmonds ferry. It is also accessed by Bainbridge, Faunleroy, Bremerton ferries and Hwy 3. It is placed at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and has a large wrap around yard with a front porch and back deck. From the huge covered front porch, you have a view of the Kingston Harbor. As a bonus,the house has access to to the private Indianola Beach which is only 1.5 miles away. Master Suite has a king bed and bathtub/shower combination in the attached bathroom. Two large closets. Television in the bedroom as well. Second Bedroom has a queen bed with a shared full bathroom with shower/tub combination. Third Bedroom has two twin beds with a shared full bathroom with shower/tub combination. Downstairs in the den there is also an extra twin bed. Downstairs bathroom is a half bath. Kitchen is fully stocked to making cooking enjoyable. Cheers! Living room has a television in the entertainment center. Area Description

This area offers all of the beauty and serenity of Whidbey Island and Hood Canal yet offers many close by activities to boot. Lots to do in this 1800sf brand new vacation home and only a short ferry ride from Seattle. If you like Golf it is 1.5 miles from the fabulous new White Horse Golf course. McCormick Woods and Gold Mountain are also not far. If you like the beach, the owner's membership in the best private beach in the state awaits you at Indianola beach 4.5 miles away or stop at Arness park just 1.5 miles down the road. Both are sugar sand beaches, rare for the Northwest. Do you know how Seattle got its name? Stop at chief Sealth's grave 15 minutes away to find out. Visit the Squamish museum and long house at the same time. Like shopping and restaurants? Walk, bike or drive to down town Kingston just a short 2 miles away and offering shopping, restaurants plus bicycle and art museums. Kingston also offers concerts at the marina park every Tuesday in August as well as a superb farmers market and craft fair every Saturday. How about downtown Poulsbo and Liberty Bay? These attractions are also a short 20 minute drive. Concerts at Liberty Bay park every Tuesday in July and a new Marine Science Museum right on the bay. Do you like wineries? Bainbridge Island Vineyards is right nearby or make a whole day of it and tour the entire Olympic Peninsula winery loop. At the end of the day come home to your brand new vacation rental and have a cocktail on the huge front porch while watching the ferry go in and out. It's a great view on a quiet street with a half acre of open field to take your shoes off and run in the grass. If you are looking for nightlife head out to the Clearwater casino, just a 20 minute drive. There is also a great spa at Clearwater.
