Description of the Prescott vacation cabin rental

Easy access from Highway 69 accessible by paved roads. Our cozy cabin is nestled in the cool, tall pines outside of Prescott. 4 miles south of Lynx Lake and the cabin is directly across the road from Lynx Creek just 100 feet from property. Comfortable wood décor throughout the home for the full cabin encounter, snug beds, multiple deck areas for ultimate relaxation experience. An ample sized kitchen with all of your basic amenities at your disposable. Full sized washer/dryer for your convenience. Use of linens. Also, gas grill on patio. Please, no smoking inside of cabin.

Area Description

Our cool mountain nights will be a relaxing change from the desert heat and fast paced living. Only 10-15 minutes from Prescott for all of your shopping cultural needs and the year-round activities at the Court House and historic Whiskey Row. Bring your hiking boots, ATV, a good book, or whatever helps you relax and unwind.

Vacation Rental Policies

Payment Options: Cashier's Check, Mastercard, Money Order, Visa
Check In: 12 p.m.
Check Out: 11 p.m.
Required Stay: 2 night minimum
Deposits: 50% deposit at time of reservation (except for monthly rentals). Full payment due day of check-in. One week deposit for monthly rentals and balance due at check-in. $200.00 Security deposit will also be charged at time of reservation to cover unnecessary damages. If damages exceed $200.00, the actual damages will be charged. Renters are responsible for actions of all guests.
Other Fees: Non-refundable $85.00 cleaning fee for each stay. This will be waived if stay is 4 nights or more. Small pets can be considered with $25.00 non-refundable deposit per pet. There is a 20.00 processing fee for over the phone credit card transactions. Any stays December 1 through February 28 will have a $50.00 a day extra charge to cover gas for heating.

we enjoyed the cabin, it was comfortable to stay in, only complaints: the cabin was very dusty and stuffy, hard to breath in; the location at the intersection was pretty noisy but not disturbing. Overall we really enjoyed out stay.
