Description of the Prescott vacation cabin rental

Charming cabin in a quiet wooded residentail neighborhood near downtown. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom is in the loft. It's an open and very relaxing space with a queen bed. There is also a bathroom upstairs. There are 2 bedrooms and another bath downstairs. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has 2 twins. The bedroom/bathroom layout is perfect when 2 couples are sharing the cabin. Fully stocked kitchen including a dishwasher, microwave,refrigerator with ice maker and other small appliances. Seating for 6 in the dining area. The front deck overlooks pine trees and boulders. It's a great place for morning coffee or evening coctails with the birds and squirrels. There is also a back deck and gas BBQ. The cabin is well maintained and very clean. Because we never know how pets are taken care of, we cannot allow them. Shedding is a problem and ticks and fleas could be a bigger one.

Prescott has something for everyone. Fishing, hunting, hiking, shopping, dining and a casino. There are often special events held on the courthouse lawn. While it is growing, Prescott still feels like a small town. It's 10-20 degrees cooler than Phoenix and about 90 miles north from the Loop 101 and I-17.

Bear Tree was absolutely wonderful. We stayed a week while getting our son into college. The home has everything from napkins to comfortable furnishings. It is close to town, yet in a wooded neighborhood which we loved. The w/d and a/c were a bonus. The home is immaculate and very fresh. Thank you for a 'home away from home'.
