Turn-key cabin rental available for monthly lease from October to April. Quiet and private, on an acre in the pines just outside Prescott, this cabin feels miles away from the pressures of civilization, yet it is only ten minutes from downtown, shopping, restaurants, sightseeing, golf, etc. This roomy (almost 1400 sq ft!) cabin is decorated with a rustic, western theme in keeping with the mountain/pine setting, but has all the amenities you need: fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, two good sized bedrooms, each with queen bed, and two full baths (the master bath is ensuite), and has cable and internet connection. Enjoy quiet evenings on the rear deck which overlooks Little Granite Mountain and Shadow Valley. Take a nap on a lounge chair on the front covered porch. There is a fenced yard, as well as secure dog run, for your pet (with approval). Cabin is just off paved roads, easily accessible year round, and NOT in an area of heavy snows (in fact, we rarely get snow at all, and when we do, it's a very light, and very pretty, dusting.)

"Everybody's Home Town". That's how Prescott is known. It has also been voted one of America's best small towns, and its charm is hard to beat! At about a 5,000 foot elevation, in north central Arizona, it has a mild four season climate. There are many local attractions, and you can stay busy golfing, sightseeing, walking historic downtown, hiking the local trails, taking the nearby Verde Canyon Train ride, visiting the winery in nearby Chino Valley, etc. There's something for everyone. Plus, it's an easy day's drive to many of the state's attractions, such as the Grand Canyon and the Painted Desert. Phoenix is about 90 minutes south on I-17. This is a great place to spend a winter vacation. The convenient location makes it easy to get around and see most of Arizona - and relax in your own quiet, private retreat at the end of the day.
