The cottage has a combination living and dining room, kitchen, laundry, two bedrooms, two baths. Knotty pine walls, ceilings, oak floors and a rock fireplace makes this cozy cottage a place you can call home. One bedroom has a king size bed and one bedroom has a queen size bed, the living room has a sofa with a fold out bed. The property has lots of pine trees, patios, and privacy. There is a large flagstone patio with a rock fireplace and a covered rear patio with a hot tub.

This cottage is set a mile high in the cool pine mountains of Prescott Arizona. There are museums, theaters, antique shops, resturants, golf, hiking trails, horse back riding, rodeo, casino, etc. only minutes away. Historic Whiskey Row, across from the courthouse square is a 5 minutes drive from the cottage.
