In quiet community outside Prescott. Eight miles off Highway 69 with easy, primarily paved road access. The seasonal creek can be viewed from the deck. Only a short distance from Prescott with it's history, Court House square, and never-ending activities. Quick day trips can include a local winery, Jerome, and the Verde Valley area.

• Deposits: 50% of total charges due at time of reservation for nightly rentals. Refundable only if reservation cancelled more than 48 hours prior to arrival, or if owner able to re-rent. Visa and Mastercard acceptance pending. Personal check on local bank will be accepted if owner is given adequate time to allow check to clear prior to arrival.
   
• Other Fees: $25 non-refundable cleaning fee. Waived for 3 or more night rental.

We had an amazing stay - between the incredibly wonderful people who owned the B&B and the nature surrounding the area, we would recommend this place to anyone. The service and food was absolutely exceptional and they were wonderful people in general and the place was nice, quiet, clean and very comfortable. Lovely people and lovely place.
