Just a mile from Prescott's historic Courthouse Square, you can use this spacious (350 sq. ft.) studio as your home base to explore the endless charm of this mile-high town. A dining area, service kitchen, queen bed and sleek bathroom with shower make the COOL COTTAGE your home-away-from-home for shorter stays in Prescott. Sleek design, outdoor patio, stained concrete floors,off-street parking, ample storage and a flat screen TV are designed for your ease and convenience. The COOL COTTAGE is on a little residential street but the jewel-like Goldwater lake is only a mile up the road and a hundred miles of hiking and mountain-biking are at your doorstep. But (sigh), please note that we do not accept reservations for longer than six nights. BUT WE DO HAVE OTHER OPTIONS!

A four-season climate and countless outdoor activities that include hiking, mountain-biking, rock-climbing, birding and several lakes and streams make this a heavenly destination. • Deposits: Payment for reservations must be received within five days to hold dates. Payment must be for full stay + deposit and cleaning fee. Personal check may be accepted if received in time to clear bank. $200.00 security deposit. This deposit will be refunded by return mail(providing no damage) within three days of your departure date. Cancellations must be received with 72 hours for refund LESS 15%.
   
• Other Fees: Cleaning fee: $25.00. Holiday rates: Add $20.00/night for the following holidays: Memorial Day weekend, Fourth of July (and day before/after), Labor Day weekend.
