This property has it all. Located 4 miles from downtown Prescott at the Prescott Racket Club/Kingswood. Perfect to get away from it all. Relax in front of the fireplace, sit out on the large deck, home has 2 master bedroom suites with total seperation. A creek runs next to the deck and there is plenty of parking. Home is completely furnished including high speed internet connection, Direct TV with all channels, gas fireplace, gas grill for outdoor cooking, and CD/DVD and laundry.

1.5 hours from Phoenix and total relaxation.

Kingswood and Prescott Racket Club is a wonderful community just outside of Prescott off Iron Springs Road. It is secluded and has many areas to hike and walk. Just a short walk to the national forest and trails. A short ride to Prescott and you can enjoy the antique stores, the activities in the square, the wonderful restaurants and art galleries. Prescott has wonderful things to do and is known for its weekend activities in the city square. A visit to "whiskey row" is not one to forget either. The colleges also offer many activities and entertainment.
