Description of the Prescott vacation home rental
Our 1934-built home will take you back in time for a vacation you will always remember! Set in the heart of Prescott amongst tall pines, it is the perfect stting to relax and enjoy long walks and peaceful days. Yet it is only minutes to the Courthouse Square, Whiskey Row, restaurants, shopping, saloons, and all the fairs and activities that make Prescott so special. Our spacious home is over 2,000 square feet, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, a formal dining room, large kitchen, and 2 patios. There are 2 king and 1 full-size blow up beds, and easily sleeps 10. It is fully furnished, has a well-equipped kitchen, laundry, and is fully supplied with linens and towels, and daily necessities. There is cable tv both upstairs and down, and has wireless internet. It is on a double lot, fully fenced, and is pet-friendly. It also has a 2-car carport and an oversized driveway which extends to the upper level if you want to avoid climbing stairs. Two bicycles are available for your enjoyment.

From the moment we arrived to the rental we all felt at home, relaxed, and welcomed! All of the arrangements leading up to the rental were professionally and quickly addressed which made the distance and time between planning and arriving so much smoother than I had anticipated. The weather was amazing, the house so perfect for our daughter's graduation party, which went off without a hitch! Everyone kept asking if it was our house and said they enjoyed the location, comfortable set-up, and had a great time! The only suggestions I would offer are to have more outdoor trash receptcials and to improve the water pressure in the bathrooms if at all possible. Other than these, we had an amazing time and look forward to comming back next year for another graduation! Thank you so much. Mary & Paul Michetti

Cozy and Homey

Thank you Cherie and Jack for the use of your wonderful historic home. The antique furnishings and accessories really made it very homey. The furniture and beds were very comfortable and we had everything in the kitchen to cook our meals. The house stayed nice & cool even when it got 90 in the afternoon, with the fans. There are 2 window a/c units in the dining room/living room but we only turned them on a few times. We slept great at night with the ceiling fan & windows opened.....it even got cold. We loved the location on a nice residential street with places to walk. It was very close to town yet was very quiet and peaceful. Cherie was a pleasure to work with before & during our stay. When our 3 weeks was over, we really didn't want to leave!

My friend & I loved the house. It came with all the amenities you can think off. It is located in a very quiet residential neighborhood but only it is 20 minutes walking distance from downtown Prescott. I had a fabulous time living in total comfort. I would definitely rent this place again when I'll visit Prescott the next time.

This charming house gives even more joy then you would already expect from reading the description in the add. It is situated in a beautiful area of Prescott with much green and many trees. Driving up the driveway you are greeted by a friendly frog sitting on a small bench. Once in the house you discover one by one all the lovely, picturesque decorations such as little bears on small chairs, flowers, paintings. You feel immediately at home. In the colder winter days a big fireplace adds to the ambiance. The house is on walking distance from the centre of Prescott where you find the local, rustic restaurants, bars and art gallery’s. The house is spacious, comfortable and well equipped. We will certainly come back. PS: who knows what happens if you kiss the frog.....

This house was wonderful! My friend, boyfriend, and brother and I stayed there in December and they couldn't stop praising me on my decision. It fit us perfectly, we each got a bedroom, the kitchen had everything we needed, and there was plenty of firewood to make cozy fires in the fireplace to relax next to. Cherie was very helpful and friendly, and attended to any needs we had. The area was beautiful, and conveniently located within walking distance of the historic town. We all had a blast and wished we could've stayed longer! Next time we're ever in Prescott we will definitely stay here! Thanks Cherie!!

Really enjoyed our mid-week stay. The house was everything we needed. We will be back! Great location for walking and close to downtown and dining. If you like to cook in it is all there. The owners were very helpful and accomodating...answered every phone call. A bonus was the wireless internet!

The house is centrally located and comfortably furnished and decorated! Very homey. It has everything we needed including lots of space for different groups to hang out. Owners were very nice and helpful. Will definitely stay again!

This cozy but spacious residence is a perfect lodging option for family gatherings..we shared Tahnksgiving all together and it couldn't have been more memorable..Walking distance to downtown Prescott with easy access to bike trails as well.Pricing was reasonable and we even were able to add an extra day ...Great experience.
