This Charming, 1949 home is on White Spar Rd. 1 minute from Courthouse Square. It has Three Comfortable Queen size Rooms, One Bathroom, Fireplace, Kitchen and Laundry room. The Kitchen has all the Appliances, and Dinnerware you need to feel at home. The home has a Private Creek in the Backyard.

Excellent Prescott Rental

We stayed at Cici and Randy's house from late Dec. through New Years, into early January, 2012. Everything was as advertised. Each BR has a queensize bed, and all are comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed, and has everything one needs to make an excellent meal, even for an experienced cook like me. Lots of windows provide a light and airy feel, and the doors and windows are thermopane. The furnace easily handles the chilly winter nights. The house is on a quiet, dead end, private road, and there's ample parking. Also featured, a large patio in front of the house will a grill, large table, and umbrella for eating outside. Located just 2 minute's drive from Whiskey Row, and 30 seconds from a supermarket, the location is perfect. Randy and Cici are friendly and very accommodating, even calling the second day to make sure everything was OK after we settled in. Highly recommend this vacation rental if you're considering a visit to Prescott, AZ.
