If you want a quiet place for adults, you can't go wrong with this place. It has a club house, pool, hiking trails, and plenty of friendly people to meet. Prescott is a great central place in Arizona. At 5200 feet high, we found the temperatures perfect during the summer... about 80 degrees, and cool at night. This property is about 10 minutes from downtown Prescott, which is just lovely.... a great place to walk around and people watch. This property is in a guard gated community with only one entry and one exit, so there are very few cars driving around, and we felt completely safe, which is very important to us. The owners are very friendly and ammedable to trade, this is a second home of theirs, so they are wide open when it comes to dates and options. If you are considering a trip to Arizona, this would be a great stop. Email me if you have any questions.
